This is just the test fees that you pay to PMI to appear for the exam.
Do count preparation material as PMP books are costly. Books and mock tests can cost almost same as exam fees or even more, so cost varies for individual.
If you are purchasing books and enrolling for mocks then everything will cost you around $1000(rough figure). That is just an approximate figure as per my calculation. It may vary depending on mocks and books you opt for.
